Warden Leadership Excellence Award, the ACHE Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award, and HealthLeaders Media recognition in 2012 for “20 People Who Make Healthcare Better.” She received her AB from Duke University and MBA from Cornell University, and she has also received honorary doctoral degrees from Walsh College Central Michigan University and Eastern Michigan University.
