She is an experienced executive coach (with over twelve thousand hours of coaching behind her), a regular speaker on the application of neuroscience to HR, and is the director of Synaptic Potential, a consultancy offering neuroscience-based people management and leadership development services. She is the author of Make Your Brain Work and Neuroscience for Coaches.
