Danielle Steel explores the perils of dating, relationships, and love in a novel that takes us into the intoxicating, infuriating world of three charming single men, also known as… Toxic Bachelors They were the best of friends and the most daunting of bachelors....Charlie Harrington, a handsome philanthropist, has such high expectations for his perfect bride that no mortal need apply....Adam Weiss, a forty-something celebrity lawyer, prefers his women very young, very voluptuous, and very short-term….And for Gray Hawk, a gifted artist with a knack for attracting troubled relationships, women are fine; it’s just the idea of family he can’t imagine (particularly the family of the woman he’s dating). Now the three friends, spending their annual summer vacation cruising the Mediterranean aboard Charlie’s majestic yacht, are about to have their bachelorhood rocked. By autumn all three will fall precipitously into relationships they never saw coming. Charlie begins dating a crusading social worker who couldn’t be further from his ideal–until he makes a stunning discovery about her. Adam gets involved with his usual twenty-something bombshell–only this one has a remarkable mind of her own. And Gray, who has avoided both business and family like the plague, has managed to fall head over heels for a successful career woman– who just happens to be a mother as well. As another holiday on the yacht approaches, and with it a turning point in each man’s life, the three bachelors are forced to face the things that scare them most: their phobias about relationships, the wounds of the past–and the kind of women who challenge their deepest terrors. What happens next will spark big changes for Charlie, Adam, and Gray–and might just put an end to their carousing days forever. For as the once-carefree trio is about to discover, love is the most unpredictable adventure of all. Filled with all the joy, complexity, and unexpected surprises of life, Toxic Bachelors is Danielle Steel at her poignant and penetrating best.

It turned out to be one of my favorite books of all time!!! I loooooooooooooooved the ending, particuly adam's ending. I breezed through this book so quickly and couldn't put it down. " I have read almost everything by Miss Steel and I feel this is the best book she has written. I cried and laughed so much reading this. I highly recommend this book "
— Nancy, 2/20/2014" This books is great, it may seem that someone in their 30's or 40's would enjoy it more but i loved it! Its a great story of love! "
— Beth, 2/9/2014" My first Danielle Steel novel -- I read this more as research for my own writing, to see how she handled the male POV in a romance novel. It was entertaining, but predictable, and I found the internal dialog to be repetitive. It was a light read with a happy ending. Not really my cup of tea. "
— Jan, 2/3/2014" Nothing unexpected in a Danielle Steel novel. I just can't wait for "Breaking Dawn"! I've had to resort to Steel for some romantic storyline, and let's face it -- sub par! "
— Meghan, 1/29/2014" I personally did not like the book I got a few chapters in and I could not stay interested in it. I was particularly annoyed with how it gave the same descriptions over and over in the first few chapters. "
— Brittni, 1/19/2014" Love the ability to get lost in the lives of others who live a life so unlike your own. Seriously, how many of us have the ability to spend a month on a 240 foot yacht with our two best friends? "
— Crystal, 1/16/2014" Very enjoyable. Nice to read a book from guys' perspectives for a change! "
— Stasha, 1/6/2014" Read this back in 2005 when it was a new release.. REally good book about 3 friends & their annual trip on one of their boats. Its filled with unexpected twists and turns... "
— Tara, 1/4/2014" This was good, the plot line was effective and the characters were interesting. The fact that it was three stories put together made it alot more interesting and entertaining. "
— Sam, 12/25/2013" read it in a day. the writing is bad but there is something about, the characters that intrigued me to keep reading. overall fun read but im never reading Danielle Steele again "
— Britt, 12/25/2013" I listened to this on cd - really enjoyed it. You new what every outcome would obviously be though. "
