"I cannot even begin to say how much I loved this book!!!!! The characters were amazing and their terrible, twisted, crazy situation sucked me in 100%!!!!! It was a total emotional roller coaster, and my heart broke so many times. Sometimes, I completely hated Kiera and the things she did. Denny was such a good guy and it was hard to watch what was happening to him. And, oh my, Kellan...I totally fell for him and my heart ached for him. His story was so gut wrenching at times as it all unfolded. I shed a lot of tears throughout this story. I can't believe I waited so long to read this one!!!!! Another 5 star read for me!!!! Starting Effortless right now!! If you haven't already, go read this now!!!!!!!!!"

" So I have been on a tear since I finished the 50 Shades trilogy, reading this contemporary romance genre, which I never read before. Recently, I've read Hopeless, Slammed, Beautiful Disaster, Flat-Out Love, and Losing It. And I liked all of them, in varying degrees and for different reasons. But Thoughtless - well, this one I can't recommend. The protagonist is horribly whiny and indecisive. I have no idea what the two hunky guys in the book see in her (because it's never described or demonstrated). As far as I can see, she is the only normal (read: not a groupie ho) woman Kellan's ever met, and that seems to be the attraction for him. Of course, I assumed that a love-triangle plot would be angsty, but in my opinion, it was unpleasant reading. There must be at least 8 scenes where she lustfully attacks Kellan, and right before the tipping point, stops him cold and launches into a speech about how "we can't keep doing this." You know, as the expression goes, get off the pot honey! Then she suggests they stick to touching, hugging, holding hands, ogling, and napping together. She is a tease and and a waffler and a liar. Whichever guy she's with at that moment is the one she chooses - until she's with the other guy 8 hours later. You know, I get that these are college-aged people, and they are immature and have questionable judgment. But it wasn't entertaining having a front-row seat to that. It was a little too close to reality - people making crappy decisions that leave other people hurt and miserable. I prefer a bit more fantasy in my leisure reading. I don't think I'll be reading the second installation. "
