Love is in the air—but what does that mean for Greg Heffley?

A Valentine’s Day dance at Greg’s middle school has turned his world upside down. As Greg scrambles to find a date, he’s worried he’ll be left out in the cold on the big night. His best friend, Rowley, doesn’t have any prospects either, but that’s a small consolation.

An unexpected twist gives Greg a partner for the dance and leaves Rowley the odd man out. But a lot can happen in one night, and in the end, you never know who’s going to be lucky in love.

" After reading it, I have come to a realization that in many ways I would love to be an adolescent boy - bullying others, playing tricks, being lazy and crude :) The book is not just another Children's book .The book has a lot more to offer - stick - figure drawings, epistolary style of writing AND intelligent humor to tell a story about three siblings where the middle one gets sandwiched and bullied all the times...fun way of telling the bonding and the fights and growing up! Its descriptive, its funny. Highly recommended for those who want to giggle ! "

" I liked the book because I think that the book has very funny. I think that people with some humor will like this book. The book starts with with rowly and greg, and rodrick. they are up in rodricks room and they get told to get out and he calls rowly baby hippo. Rodrick is in a band that nobody like the music of. Greg was a wresaler that got beat by a girl and was made fun of. "

" I'm not a big Greg Heffley fan. I'm more of a Rowley person. And I don't think Greg's wimpy at all. For me, he's just plain mean and some kid who just wants to be famous. Haha. I don't know. I just don't like him. "
