"This is the 3rd Kate White book I've read and I'll be finding more of her books! "Hush" was really good but this one was great. I love a book that has a plot I can't figure out. This one kept me in suspense until the last few pages. If you like a fast paced story, read this one. White does a great job of juggling several plot lines without confusing the reader."
— Linda (5 out of 5 stars)
“The Sixes is a terrifying, psychological thriller that takes ‘mean girls’ to a whole new level of creepy. It’s Kate White’s best!”
— Harlan Coben, #1 New York Times bestselling author“You won’t be able to put it down; just remember to reapply your sunscreen every so often.”
— Harper’s Bazaar“This is the perfect book to take on a transatlantic flight to Europe. Trust me I just did it…A fast-paced plot that wraps itself up in time for you to race to the bathroom before the plane starts its descent.”
— Vanity Fair“Cosmo editor-in-chief White’s prose—ike a brisk walk through a tree-lined campus in autumn—is perfectly suited to the setting and tone of this stand-alone mystery thriller about mean girl games run amok…A worthy end-of-summer beach read.”
— Publishers Weekly" Did not like this book - hoped it would get better but never did. "

— Selena, 12/16/2013" A nice autumn read, but not much else to jump out and grab me on this one. the book seemed very predictable, but i was wrong - and i love being wrong about who did it. a good read but not too rememberable. "
— Heaether, 12/12/2013" There was a lot of suspense in this book and the story moved along quickly. However, I thought there were too many story threads being introduced and it took a long time to tie some of them up. "

— Stephanie, 1/21/2012" Interesting premise - "mean girls" hiding secrets at a small private school. Unfortunately the execution was uneven and the main character (a visiting professor with secrets of her own) never really resonated with me. For this kind of story I prefer Carol Goodman. "
— Krista, 11/8/2011" Easy read. Kept you guessing. Love the subject matter. "
— Selena, 11/3/2011" Scary story about 'mean girls' at a college and the havoc they caused. I guess I just can't get groups like this??? And the writing wasn't quite... "

— Laura, 10/8/2011" Was entertaining but I found myself getting bored. Was too slow in parts. "
— Ellen, 9/22/2011" This was my first book by this author. It's a real shame when kids continue to bully even in college! "
— Linda, 9/18/2011" I really didn't find this to be either creepy or compelling as the book jacket suggested. It was more a case of the author having a plan to make all but one of the many characters in the mystery appear to be guilty. Guess who actually was. Ya. "
