"My gosh, I wish that book was longer! But, even though it was short, it definetly wasn't sweet. The Hunt, was exciting, thrilling, addicting, and most of all freakin' creepy! I couldn't imagine living in that world, I'm a paranoid person to begin with, and this book made it worse! But, I can say that it is now one of my favorite books, and I cannot wait to get my hands on the next one. Andrew Fukuda, I raise my glass to the."

“Runnette does an excellent job of slowly adding layers of emotion and confusion to the character, and his cool delivery of the narration adds to the suspense.
— AudioFile MagazineThe scenario of Andrew Fukuda's ‘The Hunt' is so wildly fantastic (in a good way) that narrator Sean Runnette delivers just what this story needs: a clear, steady voice.

— Lindseyandrick, 4/11/2013" it took me a long time to get into this book. the beginning drags a little bit, but i get how they have to explain things at first and all. but once it got to the ending i was on the edge of my seat, it was so awesome. and the ending was a shocker. so i hope the second one comes out soon. "

— Samantha, 10/19/2012" It's a easy read, and fairly fun. Exactly what I expected it to be when I decided to picked it up. It's nothing "wow", but it's worth reading. Will look forward to the 2nd book. "
— Fiona, 9/11/2012" 2.5 stars. The vampires didn't fulfill my expectations. They were stupid. I thought the story moved too slowly and some things weren't expounded upon to make them believable. And why exactly were humans called hepers? "
