Pema Chödrön is an American Buddhist nun in the lineage of Chögyam Trungpa. She is resident teacher at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia, the first Tibetan monastery in North America established for Westerners. She is the author of many books and audiobooks, including the bestselling When Things Fall Apart and Don’t Bite the Hook.
Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche is the head of the global Shambhala spiritual community and the son of legendary teacher and Shambhala founder Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. He is the author of Running with the Mind of Meditation, Ruling Your World, and Turning the Mind into an Ally, among other works. He teaches a unique blend of Eastern and Western perspectives as a way of social transformation throughout the world.
