" This book was funny and light-hearted, but you got to see the characters (especially Millie) become more courageous and have their friendships develop over the course of their adventure. Like all the books in the series, Millie & her friends overcome adversity through wit and humour, and show how their fears can be conquered. Great book. "

" A good, cute addition to the series, it was refreshing to move on to new characters with the daughter of the previous main character taking the lead. (And really refreshing after the heavy book I finished right before this!) "

" I like the story lines in this book, but was driven nearly to distraction by the inconsistencies (ie, at one point they are invited to have breakfast in a village and after eating they are invited to stay the night because it is getting dark). It's a cute story and great for the younger reader. "
