"This was the first book written by Victoria that I have ever read , and I will tell you the way she writes will make you feel like your in the book...Fantastically written~! The Deal, the Dance, and the Devil is about a happily married couple Adam and Evia they have three kids, nice house, good job that is until until Adam looses his job. Avia's boss who is a Millionaire offers her a deal she just ca not pass up or can she? Her boss is far from a jokester so when he hands her a check for 5 Million Dollars she now has to choose do I take the money or not. This book is AMAZING I could not put it down ,with 383 pages that went fast, following the book would be an epilogue,Acknowledgment, and a reading group guide with Q and A area for your Book Club if you choose to do this book."

" This was a very powerful read I enjoyed it to the end. It took me on a spiritual journey in how the choices we make not only effect us, but those that are close to us. Love it!! "

" Wow what a book. The ending is the best. Victoria is a great storyteller. Money is tempting but its not worth what it did to this family. Resist the devil and he will flee if not then get ready for him to destroy your life. "

" I really enjoyed this book. I ended up getting caught up in the characters because Murray did a great job with the character development. This book is considered Christian fiction but it's not a fire and brimstone "preachy" book. She however does incorporate Godly principles which was good, sometimes one needs reminders. "

" A husband and wife are offered a once in a lifetime proposition: $5 million dollars for another woman to spend a weekend with the husband. The Deal, the Dance, and the Devil outlines a story about the sanctity of marraige and the importance of God in that marraige. After reading this book, I am further convinced that it matters where you go to church and beware of how sneaky the devil can be. I enjoyed reading this book. I am a fan of Victoria Christopher Murray, and this book did not disappoint. It was very engaging and you couldn't guess where Murray was going next. This is a definite recommended read. "

" I enjoyed this book. It was well-written and engaging. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night thinking about these characters, their choices and the consequences. { I was talking to the book (those characters) out loud, LOL! } Be sure to read the Epilogue as it brings it all full circle. Looking forward to the sequel. Nicely done Victoria! "

" I really need 10 stars for The Deal, the Dance, and the Devil and I am not sure that would even be enough. Victoria Christopher Murray was able to tell the oldest story in the Book in the most modern and relevant way. I felt every emotion and thought every thought that Evia experenced throughout the novel. The symbolism that was used to tell this story hit so close to home on many issues that I honestly felt like I was living the story. I would love to have a sequel but I am not sure how VCM can top perfection. This is by far one of my all time favorites EVER. "

" Modern day Adam, Eve and serpent. The characters are very interesting. Be careful of what you value most, it might just destroy you. The love of money is the root of all evil...Adam & Evia Langston find this out. The story is well-developed and it leaves you wanting more. "
