Gabriella Pierce has done it again, with her wild and witchcraft-filled ongoing saga of Jane Boyle and her stunning husband Malcolm. In "The Dark Glamour," you'll get a closer look at how Jane is adjusting to her new life as a wife, and to her new magical powers. Of course, these are powers that she never asked for, and never knew she had.

The only thing Jane wanted was a nice, quiet, romantic life with the man she adored. She was hoping for a happy ending, and instead she still must run and fight for her life against a mother-in-law who is also a witch.

As luck would have it, Jane's departure deeper into New York City, along with her desire to extend a peace offering to her controlling, crazy mother-in-law, has resulted in her ending up right back at 666 Park Avenue. Yet, Jane is not deterred. She's learned a thing or two about the magical powers she possesses, and she's not afraid to try them out. Can a new identity of dark, striking beauty help her to escape the terrifying plans of her mother-in-law? Or will this be the end for Jane and her new marriage?

Pierce tells her magical stories with such passion, it will draw you in to each of Jane's fantastic adventures. Her take on science fiction and fantasy is truly remarkable and has earned her an army of fans. Gabriella was born in the United States but now resides in Paris. When she's not penning incredible fiction like "The Dark Glamour" and "666 Park Avenue", which was the first book in the series, she enjoys taking in the beautiful sights of Paris along with her two dogs.

Jane Boyle married her prince charming and moved into his upper east side castle—but she didn’t get her fairy-tale ending

It’s hard to live happily ever after when you discover your demanding and controlling mother-in-law is literally a witch, determined to steal the magical powers you didn’t even know you had. Jane narrowly avoided Lynne Doran’s clutches when she escaped on her wedding day, and has been hiding out in New York City. But she can’t hide forever.

When Jane learns of the one thing Lynne wants most, she sets out to provide it, hoping her good turn will persuade her mother-in-law to stop hunting her. Unfortunately, Jane’s daring plan will send her right back into the witches’ den—the Doran clan’s multistory town house on Park Avenue. But thanks to a tricky spell, blond architect Jane will be transformed into Ella, a dark beauty with a whole new look . . . and all of Jane’s budding powers. Though the stakes are life or death, nobody said “Ella” couldn’t have a little fun along the way, too.

" What A fun ride! This second installment did not disapoint!! Full of excitement, sex, magic, and intrigue, this kept me reading all day until it was finished! Leaving off with a crazy cliffhanger, I cannot wait to read the next chapter in this series! I highly recommend these books!! "

" 666 Park Avenue showed potential which is why I wanted to read the follow-up. This is the kind of book where the main character "resolves" her main issues in the final 2 or 3 chapters while an inordinate number of chapters are spent on weaving the story and scenes together. It didn't have the action or suspense I was anticipating after 666 Park Avenue. "

" I found the second book in this series to be just as engaging as the first book. Like I said in my review of the first book it's kind of like Harry Potter for adults. Full of evil and magic and mystery! Can't wait for the third book to come to Kindle on Feb 19th! "
