" I have to admit: it was not till chapter 8 or 9 that I realized Mitch Rapp was not featured in this novel. Kennedy, Coleman & Stansbury were there - and being a Vince Flynn novel - I assumed Mitch would enter at any time. Wrong...
The story was good. It reveals the underside of DC politics - almost as gross as Rapp's killings! Story line was almost believable - and not far from what should occur. I was glad no legal actions were taken against Coleman et. al., but felt that was a stretch - no "good" dead goes unpunished!
Narration was OK. Genders and accents were believable, but narrator seemed stilted, at times, as if he were reading and not performing. Most of the time, he was fine, though.
