""I don't love Sonny Flannery.""
That's the lie Kelley Winslow told to protect the boy she loves from a power he doesn't know he possesses. Devastated, Sonny retreats—to a haven for Lost Fae that's hidden deep underneath New York City.
But Kelley's not about to let things end in heartbreak. To get Sonny back, she's got to find out who's after his magick—and how to use her own. She's got to uncover who's recruiting Janus Guards to murderously hunt innocent Faerie. She's got to help rebuild the shattered theater company she called family. And she's got to do it all without getting dangerously distracted by the Fennrys Wolf, whose legendary heart of stone seems to melt whenever he's around Kelley.
The intrigue and romance that began with Wondrous strange and Darklight come to a stormy head in Tempestuous, the breathtaking conclusion to Lesley Livingston's ravishing urban Faerie trilogy.

"GOOD CONCLUSION!!! However, some of the loose ends seem to make this a not complete final book.... we will see. I would have loved for fenn to find someone of his own. The relationship between Kelley and Sonny is a little awkward, but her parents are more likeable in this book than the other two. "

“Livingston’s artistry at creating imaginary worlds that exist side by side with contemporary New York remains strong…Fans of the first two entries will gulp this one down with gusto.”
— Booklist“Livingston brings this trilogy to a strong and satisfying conclusion, and readers will enjoy every minute, while wishing it did not have to end.”

— Nicole, 5/17/2011" Fun Faerie read- set in New York and, of course, the Faerie Kingdoms. I wouldn't give it a 5 star, but I enjoyed the series and this finale. "
— Alyssa, 5/12/2011" Sort of predictable, I think. The clues were so blatantly obvious. But otherwise, a goodread "
— Whoa, 5/10/2011" Probably would have enjoyed this more if I had remembered the previous books. I was interested and some of it did come back to me. I did think it was a good finish to the series. Action without being over the top. "
— Jeri, 4/12/2011" I finally got one of my silly teen series over with! Yay! The fairy princess's name was Kelley. That just isn't right. Fairies are not named Kelley. This book was okay, it just doesn't stand out from any of the other teen fantasy series. There is angst. There is kissing. "
— Wendy, 3/22/2011" Teen lit. Some cheese. But a fast read. Glad I finished out the series. It was fun. "
— Lisa, 3/21/2011" This book was okay nothing spectacular but okay. "
— Denise, 3/21/2011" i loved this series. i cant wait to read her new series coming here soon. "
— Brooke, 3/20/2011" Satisfying conclusion to this trilogy. Love the Shakespeare interwoven into these books! "
— Gabrielle, 3/7/2011" Not my favorite series in the Faerie genre, but still enjoyable enough. "
— Adrianna, 3/7/2011" I enjoyed this but not quite as much as the first two. Definitely recommend the trilogy to kids who like urban fantasy stories. "
