"This book is on my top ten list of all-time favorite romances. Maybe that's because it was my first exposure to the incomparable Jennifer Crusie. Or maybe it's because it's just that good. Normally, I despise stories dealing with cheating spouses, but this book managed to get around my standard objection and keep me turning the pages."

" Once I got past the first 100 pages, things started moving and then kept my attention. I wanted to slap Maddie many times, so I am happy that she came around and found her own skin in the end. "

" I have to say that despite the slow start, I really liked the book. I didn't love the adultery despite how crappy a husband Maddie had...while it made her human, it also made me like her a little less than I might have. Otherwise the story was good. "
