"Secrets to die for is an incredibly dark murder mystery. About a rapist who only targets homosexual women. Det Wade Jackson investigates the murder of a young social worker Raina Hughes , who is found brutally raped and left for dead near the home of a meth addict whose son was under Raina,s supervision. As the investigation continues we soon find out the secrets that connect the previous rape victims whose lives where spared. Than Jamie Conner Raina,s lover goes missing and we follow Jackson on his pursuit of the killer.I fond it to be a fast paced story with lots of aunthenicity and plenty of crisp plotting. I,m looking forward to reading more books by this author."

" This really rates about an A-. An excellent read. "

" Solid thriller that brings in GLBT issues. In spite of that, I didn't feel that this effort was as good as most of her others. It seemed very procedural and the peek into the characters' lives I've come to expect seemed rushed and forced. All in all, still a good read, but if you haven't read Ms. Sellers before, I would recommend starting with any one of her other novels. "

" Good plot, decent characters, but I kept feeling it could have been much better. Not as nuanced as Lehane or other crime authors, worth reading, but not if you have other, important things to read. "

" Meh... The idea behind this was good, but overall the book was slow and full of random stuff that had no place there. Also, I figured out who dun it before the halfway point. The mystery was barely mediocre. "

" Plot was decent. Didn't really think the Detective Jackson character was developed. Most of it seemed formulaic. Would try another just because so many people gave it 4 stars...maybe it was just me. Had potential, just missed the mark. "

" I like this author. This book was based on a series of hate crimes. A scary but real thing that could happen. As with her first book, there was a twist at the end. I like the main characters, and will read more by this author. "
