When an English tycoon dies mysteriously, he leaves a note naming six people who might have wanted him dead. Daisy Kean and PI Harry Montana team up to take the suspects—and also six red herrings—on a Mediterranean cruise, culminating at his beautiful villa on Capri, where his will is to be read and the killer unmasked. With the beautiful seaside settings plus the beginnings of a romance between loner Montana and wary Daisy, passions flare and the mystery deepens. And in the end, the unexpected twists are just the beginning.

"So I've read a few murder mysteries lately and for some reason I really enjoyed this one. The investigating takes place at a unique location and the character descriptions are great (although there's quite a few of them) so that's a just a couple reasons why I enjoyed this book. Fun read!"
— Kiesha (4 out of 5 stars)
“A mystery that travels in luxury.”
— New York Daily News“A romantic tale with a twist of mystery.”
— Sarasota (FL) Herald-Tribune“Shimmering and original, Adler’s latest is a delightful read, painting the beauty of the Mediterranean with the intrigue of an expertly plotted mystery.”
— RT Book Reviews (4½ stars, Top Pick!)" I didn't find this book as compelling as I thought it would be. I kept reading because I thought the idea for the plot was fresh and original. All of the plot lines are cleared up and the end is satisfying so it's one to read when you don't want a book that will keep you awake nights. "
— Evalyn, 2/18/2014" This mystery novel kept my attention. It was certainly a, "who dun it" story. It was well written and was a nice summer read. From the first chapter to the end, I was hooked. "
— Liz, 1/30/2014" Liked the book mainly because of the locations the story was set in, but the plot was very predictable. Would call this a romance mystery, which is not my typical reading, but it was still a nice light read. Nothing to rave about. "
— Allyson, 1/30/2014" Easy little mystery romance read. Nice read for when you can only pick it up for 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there. "
— Lauriel, 1/22/2014" Love this book just finished it. And I already want to read it again. A love story with a twist of mystery. I really could not put this book down I was reading it all over the place at school at dinner with my family. I am hooked on Adler now. "
— Reader, 1/15/2014" A romantic mystery ala Agatha Christie only no as well written. "
— Barbara, 1/10/2014" Totally predictable mystery beach book. But I enjoyed it. "
— Michelle, 1/10/2014" Fun, quick, easy. Characters are a bit incongruous, but I"m not sure the're not meant to be. "

— Annette, 11/30/2013" a modern Agatha Christie type novel. "
— Tdbelmont, 11/27/2013" I chose this book for the name, cover and because I am in a January grey inversion. It did not disappoint. It had wonderful scenery, romance, mystery and beautiful people and clothes. I did have to skip one page of a sexual encounter. "

— Betty, 11/17/2013" Once again the descriptions offered are fantastic. I enjoyed the characters and the solution to the mystery was a surprise. "
— Suzanne, 5/21/2013" this book just sounded interesting, it drops the f word a couple of times. other then that it was a really good book a mystery suspense type book. "
— Ralynn, 1/16/2013" Predictable whodunnit "romance" with very little of either. Pat characters, little tension, ditzy but wildly successful heroine. Meh. "
— Gail, 11/5/2012" cute in a romantic italian getaway kind of book. "
— Vicki, 8/25/2012" Good romantic mystery "
— Gretchen, 7/19/2012" Similar to the movie "Clue" or the novel "The Westing Game." "
— Stephanie, 2/13/2012" Loved the locations the story was set in (Italy, France, England), but the plot was worthless. A rich man is murdered and he wants his personal assistant to find out who did it by getting all the suspects aboard a private yacht. Dumb. "
— Kristen, 10/12/2011" easy read - good. "
— Jane, 9/17/2011" Easy read. Not terribly intellectually stimulating but a good "filler book". "
— Laura, 9/3/2011" I enjoyed it, but the book was a bit blah. It seemed to be a big thriller setup but the ending was kind of boring. Not a thriller, not a romance. Kind of a mystery, I guess. Good but not great. "
— Jennifer, 7/25/2011" One more good story from E. A. set in beautiful places some I know and long to revisit like the amazingly baeutiful island of Capri... "

— Barbara, 4/6/2010" A nice mystery with good character development and beautiful descriptions of lovely scenery. "
— Betty, 2/26/2010" A fun murder mystery set on a cruise ship. "
— Emily, 1/31/2010" I really liked the idea of this book and it was an ok book, but it just didn't turn out as good as I had hoped it would. "
— Jennie, 1/30/2010" Once again the descriptions offered are fantastic. I enjoyed the characters and the solution to the mystery was a surprise. "
— Suzanne, 1/26/2010" This book was a charming surprise. I went into it without any real expectations and found that I was truly enjoying myself while reading it. Traveling from England to Capri with the marvelous cast of suspects and decoys was just the ticket on a snowy winter day. "
— Mare, 1/17/2010" Great fluff. Great for a beach read. "
— Shirley, 1/14/2010" This is one of the worst books I have read in a long time! The characters are poorly developed, and I didn't care a bit about who killed whom...or not... "
