With the same wicked humor and delicious charm that have won her millions of devoted fans, Sophie Kinsella, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Shopaholic & Baby, returns with an irresistible new novel and a fresh new heroine who finds herself in a life-changing and utterly hilarious predicament….
When twenty-eight-year-old Lexi Smart wakes up in a London hospital, she’s in for a big surprise. Her teeth are perfect. Her body is toned. Her handbag is Vuitton. Having survived a car accident—in a Mercedes no less—Lexi has lost a big chunk of her memory, three years to be exact, and she’s about to find out just how much things have changed.
Somehow Lexi went from a twenty-five-year-old working girl to a corporate big shot with a sleek new loft, a personal assistant, a carb-free diet, and a set of glamorous new friends. And who is this gorgeous husband—who also happens to be a multimillionaire? With her mind still stuck three years in reverse, Lexi greets this brave new world determined to be the person she…well, seems to be. That is, until an adorably disheveled architect drops the biggest bombshell of all.
Suddenly Lexi is scrambling to catch her balance. Her new life, it turns out, comes complete with secrets, schemes, and intrigue. How on earth did all this happen? Will she ever remember? And what will happen when she does?

"This, in my humble opinion, is the best thing Sophie has ever written. It has the comic factor of every book she has written, but this time with an ingenious plot. I's tight, all the characters are so REAL, so very true. Lexi may be the deepest and most complex person Kinsella has ever created. It moves fast, it makes you laugh so LOUD (my mother gave me many weird looks whenever I cracked up at the dining table remembering one of its scenes). The best part would be this- here is a girl who wakes up and realises that she has a rich, handsome husband and the perfect job. Her looks have changed drastically- everything from hair and teeth to the color of her nails. And she gives it up to be herself again. I think, for the first time, Sophie delivers a very clear message besides delivering hilarious narrative."

The author of the Shopaholic series adds a fun twist to a Cinderella story.
— RedbookRemember Me?" is good fun, a page-turner that will keep a reader up all night.
— APQuintessential Kinsella. It's a perfect pick for a spring-break read.
— Fort Worth Star-TelegramA delicious page-turner, filled with both hearty chuckles and heartache.... [Kinsella] finds a way to make losing one's memory seem refreshingly funny.
— USA Today" Lexi wakes up in hospital and finds she has forgotten the last several years. While this has a fun plot, it isn't my favorite Kinsella book. I picked it up one night at a book store and got hooked on the plot, but really could have lived without the language. "
— Kristen, 2/17/2014" A book about a woman cheating on her husband and then wakes up to still cheat on her husband. No thank you "
— Ginger, 2/15/2014" Great lazy day book! (not doin a damn thing Wednesday approved). I really didn't like Shopaholic, but all of her other books I have loved! "
— Susan, 2/6/2014" The book was a great and funny reading, but the translation in my language was horrible >.< "
— Oana, 1/16/2014" I really like to read this authors books! They are just cute easy reads! The while time i was reading the book i kept trying to imagine this happening to me. I did not like how everyone treated her when she really didn't remember things! "
— Corie, 1/14/2014" This was cute and quirky and fun. I loved listening to the audiobook as the narrator (Rosalyn Landor) really had a great handle of the characters. Lexi was adorable trying to muddle her way through a life she has no memory of leading. I'm glad that she was able to get a handle on things and make it all right in the end, but watching her figure things out was pretty amusing. "
— Sassafrass, 1/10/2014" Fun read. Didn't care for the narration on the audiobook. "
— Alex, 1/8/2014" Sophie Kinsella always delivers an amusing, easy read. It may be a bit fluffy, but it is well written fluff. "
— Diana, 10/5/2013" fun little mystery/comedy/romance. "
— Bobbie, 8/12/2013" Awesomeness!!!! "
— Haania, 7/25/2013" 75% of the book is on the back cover. Other than that, pretty much nothing happens. I felt NOTHING for John, Eric was too obviously a cold bastard and the main character is a cheat. Bah. "
— Zoe, 7/19/2013" Sophie Kinsella, YOU ARE AMAZING! I didn't know honestly, am all new at this, I've read before about this funny, great, author, and it's true! I'm looking forward to read all of her books! "
— Waiza, 7/9/2013" Nice, mindless book. Perfect as a quick, easy read as a break from more serious novels. Perfect for reading on a plane, train or beach. "
— Mairzi, 4/13/2013" It was a fun easy read. I would have liked a little bit more of an ending. I guess I just wish that Lexie got her full memory back. It would have been interesting to see her reaction. "
— Rose, 2/5/2013" It was a pretty good light read. I kept thinking I've seen the movie but I don't think there is one. I must have read it before. I like the author's style of writing, especially her humour. "
— Shelley, 12/31/2012" IT WAS AWSOME ! <3 "
— Simran, 12/9/2012" This book was just ok. It's the story of how the main character hits her head and forgets the past 3 years. It was predictable. "
— Brandy, 9/15/2012" Amusing story, but it was predictable and it kind of dragged on and made an extra marital affair super romantic and ok. Eh. It was fluff to read before bed. "
— Vianna, 7/10/2012" Let's put it this way, I have never read a Sophie Kinsella book that I haven't loved... "
— Sara, 5/1/2012" i just loved the book from the first page to last. i couldn't put the book down once i started. i like the writing style of sophie kinsella. a great book "
— shifara, 4/13/2012" This is a it was ok to I liked it...I just didn't really enjoy this much as I did I've got your number. It just didn't have as many laughs, and I just wasn't too fond of the character. It wasn't bad, I just could take it or leave it. "
— Barbara, 2/4/2012" It's an interesting read.... a good one! :) "
— Zoy, 11/23/2011" Really Very Funny "
— Deborah, 7/23/2011" Predictable. But listening to it in the car made the trip go much faster. And it isn't so involved that you miss a turn or anything. "
— Kathleen, 5/25/2011" It's a cute and girly book. "
— Brandy, 5/24/2011" Not the best S.K. book but worth reading if you are a fan. I liked the amnesia plot, not too many modern books about amnesia. I also liked all the girl-power. "
— Jenni, 5/20/2011" This was a quick read. It's a bit frightening to think you can miss entire years of your life. I don't think the author really explained very well the events that caused the main character to change her entire personality overnight. "
— Kara, 5/20/2011" I actually really enjoyed this...I was surprised because I couldn't even get through 2 chapters of the Undomestic Goddess...definitely a fun, light read. "
— Fabulous, 5/19/2011" I really enjoyed this book. It was a light read and kept me wondering what was going to happen next. This was my first Kinsella book and I'm glad I gave it a shot. "
— April, 5/17/2011" I wish it would have continued on some more but I liked it...makes you wonder what you would do if this happened to you. "
— Andrea, 5/11/2011" A good, easy read. Perfect for a book that is uplifting and a bit lighthearted. One of my favorite chick lit books :) "
— Lisa, 5/10/2011" Sophie Kinsella has a knack for writing books that have enough substance that you don't feel like you're in fifth grade, but light enough that you aren't droning on and re-reading every paragraph. This is a very interesting plot. I love the characters and the building of suspense. "
— Arin, 5/10/2011" I really like this book.
I've owned it ages now and read it loads of times. I think the characters are well written and the plot is an enjoyable easy read
"
— Emma, 5/10/2011" Normally I don't really care for Sophie Kinsella, but for some reason I actually enjoyed this book quite a bit. It was a nice, easy read for a rainy weekend. "
— Katie, 5/9/2011" Pure fluff but enjoyable enough to keep me up until 2:20am finishing the book. I'll probably try out another one. I expect they are formulaic but sometimes that is what the mind needs. "
— Kuch, 5/8/2011" Interesting, unpredictable, and glee. It's so Sophie Kinsella :) "
