Robert Tarrant spent thirty-five years in law enforcement and public safety positions in Michigan and Florida. His experience included work in special weapons and tactics, narcotics, internal affairs, and emergency management. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Robert currently lives in Texas, where he writes fiction with an eye toward ordinary people caught up in extraordinary circumstances.
