Wedding bells are ringing in Fool’s Gold, but not for Nevada Hendrix. Her triplet sisters are engaged, and even her mother has a more active love life than she does. Determined to make a fresh start, she applies for her dream job, only to discover that her new boss is her first love. Maybe she could overlook the fact that they’ve seen each other naked, but she’ll never forget the way he broke her heart. Tucker Janack agrees to Nevada’s “business only” ground rules. After all, love is a trap that the construction millionaire has avoided his whole life. But when great business partners turn out to be so much more, every rule gets broken. Will either of them be willing to try again...or will their past get in the way? “Warm, funny and sexy...a satisfying, rewarding read.” —Library Journal on Chasing Perfect

"There was a LOT going on in this book and it could have ended up a big mess, but Mallery still pulled it off. It was one of her funniest books, I think. Introducing the next batch of ladies whose stories are to be told was a little in-your-face, but I'm still excited to read them nevertheless. I'm predicting one of them will be matched up with the yet to be seen Hendrix brother; the Navy man..don't get this one wrong, Susan Mallery!"

" While I love the characters in Fool's Gold, one has to question - are there really that many stupid men out there? Ugh. I really do like the townspeople though. I will keep reading and hope the men get smarter. "
— Sheri, 2/16/2014" wow this was an awesome book, love the characters and cant wait till the next round of books from Fools Gold...wish there was a real town like that i would so move there "
— Teresa, 2/14/2014" Kind of dumb. The story was to good to be true and slow in coming. "
— Grace, 2/11/2014" A little cheesy at the end, but good otherwise. "
— Eileen, 2/8/2014" The storyline with Cat irritated me to no end. if that was taken out I would have enjoyed this one much more "
— Jodi, 2/4/2014" Aunt Rainey #3 "
— Jan, 1/25/2014" Awful!! This book was like one giant run-on sentence of pure gossip that had NO point! "
— Cornflower, 1/16/2014" I think this book is one to the funniest books that Susan Mallery has written! The plot twist and turns kept me hooked and laughing out loud. Susan perfectly wrapped up the triple trilogy and left me anxiously waiting the next book in the Fool's Gold series! "
— Heidi, 1/14/2014" Nice continuation in series "
— Sandra, 1/12/2014" I really like this family, and this series. And Susan Mallery does a good job of keeping you connected to the characters. "
— Renee, 12/18/2013" Fools gold series is wonderful! Loved this book! "

— Sheilad37, 5/12/2013" another book, # 6, in the fool's gold series, and this one is about the last triplet and her romantic woes. "
— Diane, 12/3/2012" This is the third book in Mallery's Hendrix triplet series. It is the story of Nevada Hendrix and Tucker Janack. The town of Fool's Gold is a comfortable setting for these contemporary romances. Fun read with a ridiculously happy ending. "
— Jeanne, 7/15/2012" I like the town and its characters. Jo and Will were my favorite storyline, not sure why. Susan is consistent in her writing and I think her covers are tastefully done. "
— Shelly, 4/9/2012" This is a cute series, but this one just wasn't my favorite of them. No reason in particular. It looks as if we will have more coming in the series as we got a lot more background on 3 more of the characters! Bring it on Ms. Mallery! "
— Lizz, 3/26/2012" Too many storylines going at the same time. I felt cheated out of their full stories. "
— Lynne, 3/20/2012" Good book. The main characters were fine, but it was the side stories of Jo and Denise that really held my interest. It was nice to finally know their stories. "
— Allison, 1/15/2012" I liked this book. I found it very predictable. Cat was a nice addition. She was crazy. The best part about this book was the surrounding relationships. Jo and Denise. And I about died when I read the sentence: Lets call it armadillo. You have to read the book just for that part. HILARIOUS! "
— Rae, 12/10/2011" Pretty good book. I enjoyed it. "
— Kelly, 11/26/2011" I felt the first half of this book was rather boring. It got a little better toward the end though the ending was quite predictable. "
— Kerry, 11/11/2011" Great book, looking forward to reading the next in the series. "
— Marcie, 10/29/2011" I loved this book! Could be my favorite in the Fools Gold Series. "
— Carrie, 10/27/2011" Quick, fun read. This is the story of Dakota and Finn. Reality show comes to Fool's Gold, CA. Finn's twin brothers are participating in the show which highlights the shortage of men in the town. Triplet Dakota oversees the production for the town, stuff happens. "
— Jeanne, 10/15/2011" 3.5/5 stars

It took me a couple of weeks to finish reading this book. I mean the story of Dakota and Finn was just okay. Nothing spectacular to keep me engaged. However, it was a nice light read to add to my collection. "
— Trang, 10/4/2011" I really enjoy this series and this was another fun addition. I look forward to reading the other two books about Dakota's sisters. A cute, fun read that will put a smile on your face. "
— Cat, 9/26/2011" Not the best in the Fool's Gold Series. But, a nice read "
