" While I wouldn't normally consider reading a biographer by the parent of a pop star, I had read the review and was interested to see if the faith she proclaimed was sincere. Her story was very straight forward, honest, and heart breaking. She did a great job as a young mother with so much abuse, and the book really is about her and her journey, and not about her son becoming a star. There is some Mom gushing proudly, but about his drive, good sportsmanship and positive energy. "
