"More tightly-written than many of the Stephanie books. Loved it! Stephanie's car blew up in the first few pages, if that tells you anything about the pace of this one. Two plots wound neatly together, one involving Ranger, and one involving a FTA, but Morelli appeared through the entire book, so it was definitely a Stephanie Plum to read. I read it in a 24-hour period, and I don't do that much any more."

" Enjoyable quick read. Love these books for pure entertainment. "
— Kathleen, 2/16/2014" These are pretty much the same old story each time, but I don't necessarily dislike that. It was a fun, quick read and I was glad there was so much Ranger action. It's gonna be a sad day when/if Stephanie ever makes up her mind about her two guys. "
— Traci, 2/12/2014" Even though the story line is predictable, I still enjoy them! The situations are always hilariously, & the characters amusing! "
— Christa, 2/5/2014" I read the whole series on cd in my car. Stephanie& Lula are like old friends. Lorelei King does an amazing job reading the stories. I hope Janet Evanovich keeps writing this series. I will definitely keep listening :) "
— Liz, 2/1/2014" Lula was toned down abit this volume...thank heavens. She still retains her loopy though processes but somehow they are not as irritating. Stephanie still is torn between Ranger and Morelli and who can blame her! A fun fast read with a good conclusion for a change. "
— Mary, 1/27/2014" Another typical Stephanie Plum....I don't know where Evanovich can go with this character beyond this. Frankly, I'm getting a little sick of Plum's wishy washy attitude about the two men in her life. It's time to doo-doo or get off the pot! "
— Linda, 1/20/2014" Another fun Stephanie Plum novel. Quick read and enjoyable as a just for fun read. "
— Elizabeth, 1/19/2014" Eh, read out of loyalty, over it "
— Kelly, 1/11/2014" Good story but i really hope this isnt it! The whole ranger vs morelli has not been resolved personally im on team morelli and would of loved to see him make an honest woman of steph but i guess on the ranger vs morelli subject you are left to make your own choice.....for now! "
— Annie, 12/24/2013" Another great addition to the Stephanie Plum series. Same reader for the audio as the last installment "
— Sara, 12/8/2013" As always, a good, light, funny read. "
— Janice, 11/26/2013" Love to read a Stephanie Plum book. Very funny part about a nude beach!! "
— Susan, 11/25/2013" It was good and perfect for light reading. I'm wondering how long the series can keep going. "
— Christiana, 11/15/2013" I haven't read any since 15..glad I read this because it made me laugh...gotta love Grandma Mazur "
— Peahen, 9/7/2013" This was a typical Stephanie Plum novel. I enjoyed it but it is light reading, a beach book. :-) "
— Kim, 8/20/2013" A guilty pleasure reading this series, it is always a fast read and amusing. "
— Peg, 7/10/2013" Trade mark humour abounds, but the series is getting just a little bit tired. "
— Carol, 12/2/2012" always a fun read! "
— Amy, 6/14/2012" I haven't read any of the other books in the series, and I am not a big fan of mysteries. So, not surprising that I didn't like this book. "
— Jessica, 3/26/2012" gotta love Stephine and all her charms "
— Lorraine, 2/8/2012" Always an fun enjoyable read. I laugh out loud with each one. "
— Amy, 2/6/2012" While I've enjoyed the series, I feel like it's getting to be time to wrap it up. "
— Chrissy, 1/26/2012" Janet Evanovich is at the top of her form with the continuing saga in the life of Stephanie Plum. As usual Grandma Mazur creates havoc and the men in Stephanie's life continue to beguile her. "
— LaGrange, 6/4/2011" While several of the more recent books in the numbers series were not nearly as good as the first half of the series, this one was a better one of the latter half. I did laugh out loud a few times, which is what I so used to enjoy about the earlier books. "
— Trisha, 5/6/2011" It was another Plum just like the rest. But I still enjoy them as a light and easy read! "
— Colleen, 5/3/2011" Fun read, but don't read it when hungry. All the references to pizza, fried chicken, donuts, cake, pot roast, and much more food might cause you to over eat. Don't blame it on Tiki either. "
— Grace, 4/10/2011" I loved the naughty nature of this book. "
— Hillary, 3/3/2011" No more Sutcliffe. Romance novels are not my thing. "
