"This is the third Jeffery Archer book I have read in quite a short period of time and after being initially disappointed with A Matter of Honor and then being taken away with the brilliance of Kane and Abel, this book proves a happy medium, it is good without being spectacular. The plot line of out swindling the swindler is a clever one and the schemes the author has devised are ingenious and was the highlight of the book. Once again the detail within the book was slightly disappointing, I know that this is a relatively short book and therefore doesn't leave much time for going into great detail on things but I found that the authors descriptions did not alway paint the full picture of the scene which made it a little more difficult to visualise what was going on."

— Patriot News" One of my all-time favourite books. I know that well educated English majors aren't supposed to love Jeffrey Archer - but this book is a beaut with twists and turns - redemption - vengeance - and the fact it is inspired real life events than happened to Jeffrey Archers himself as a younger man makes it all the more realistic. "
