Publisher Description

Harness the source of your living energy: the Zero Point Field.

The cutting edge of quantum physics is not just found in a laboratory or university - now, you can live each day on the frontiers of science. Lynne McTaggart's revolutionary book The Field captivated readers around the world with its exploration of the unseen dimension where science meets spirit. But that was only the beginning. With Living The Field, this pioneering investigator presents a full-length audio workshop about using the scientific discoveries of the quantum age to supercharge your life, health, and consciousness.

Consciousness is the signal - you are the receiver.

How can invisible quantum forces affect the way you live? In light of McTaggart's research, the answer might astonish you: The very essence of your thoughts, memories, and sentient mind arises from the Zero Point Field. Your consciousness is not stored in your brain - instead, your brain is a receiver that picks up the signal of your consciousness from The Field. And through The Field, encoded in its infinite energetic frequencies, you are fundamentally connected to all other life. If you have ever picked up the feelings of a loved one from far away, known what your pet was thinking, worked in synchronicity with a team, or had a strong premonition of the future - then you have already glimpsed the power of this quantum connection.

To live The Field is to continuously enhance your ability to receive the signal of this unified consciousness. Distilling the best techniques from her acclaimed workshops, Lynne McTaggart gives you straightforward, practical tools to expand your access to the limitless energy and wisdom of The Field. Whether you wish to boost your health, increase your intuitive powers, turn intention into reality, or even unlock your dormant extrasensory gifts, Lynne McTaggart will help you discover how to achieve profound and life-altering results when you b...

"Pretty deep stuff, I'm glad that I was preparing my mind back in the 60s and 70s! Our brain is not a storage medium, it is a receiving mechanism, our short and long term knowledge doesn't reside in our brains it is instead stored in the Zero Point Field. The universe is a vast dynamic cobweb of energy exchange from the ZPF and available to us. Consciousness at its most basic is coherent light and the physical world only exists in its concrete state while we are involved in it. If we are going to get energy out of the ZPF for space travel we must decouple from gravity, reduce inertia, or generate enough energy from the vacuum to overcome both. We share the same spirit and brain, there is a power that is unexplainable, an awe we must revere in the cosmos. There truly is a scientific spirituality thing going on out there and in here! I kind of get it - may the Force be with you!"

" What an amazing universe we live in - we can change our lives and this world - we just have to want to. This is written very well for lay people who do not understand quantum physic - you will learn so many wonderful things. "

" I found this book interesting from a scientific standpoint and inspiring from a spiritual perspective. McTaggart approaches spiritual feelings and healing power much the same as scientists approach gravity; she describes the effects and the results of the zero point field, but never fully defines the source. The first half of the book resonates with my belief in a power that pervades the universe; the second half of the book makes enormous jumps from weakly supported empirical data to solid conclusions. I enjoyed the book, but I'm afraid my high school literature teacher would have written "non sequitur" throughout the second half. "

" pure fascination! i have no idea how accurate or reliable some of the claims and conclusions are, or the validity of any of the studies . . . and i don't care. i love the attempt of this book to bridge the gap between pure empirical analysis and metaphysical theory. "

" Very interesting and I am NOT a science book reader usually! Scientist have proven everything I have always believed by faith. This book puts everything that is presently believed about quantum physics to question. Scientists have proven that prayer works, healing works, remote viewing works. There is a thing called the zero point gravity field that effects every aspect of our being and lives. We can all tap into this energy field (God?) and we can pull positive or negative from it (ask and ye shall receive!) Fascinating book! It took me awhile to read it but it was well worth it! "
