About Andrew Carnegie

Andrew Carnegie was born in 1835 in Scotland. He immigrated to the United States and by 1889 he owned Carnegie Steel Corporation, the largest of its kind in the world. In 1901 he sold his business and dedicated his time to expanding his philanthropic work, including the establishment of Carnegie-Mellon University in 1904.

About Olivia Young

Dale Carnegie (1888–1955) was a pioneer in corporate training programs and the developer of famous courses in self-improvement, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. His best know book, How to Win Friends and Influence People, first published in 1936, has remained popular ever since.
