"Classic Patterson story. Great & interesting characters with Matt Bannon & his motley crew. Will be interested if this turns into a new series. Liked the military references in this one too. If you like the Alex Cross series, you will enjoy this story. Plus I learned a little art history too!"

Quotes

  • “Patterson, more than ably assisted by the extremely talented and woefully underappreciated Marshall Karp, has in the closing days of summer come up with one of the must-read books of the season…This fabulous thriller is full of action and occasional humor, and just enough sex to make the heat rise when the book is closed. Give Kill Me If You Can a chance. You will not be sorry.”

    — BookReporter.com
  • “Both narrators do justice to the thriller’s triple-time pacing while offering an assortment of accents.”

    — Publishers Weekly
  • “Yet another biggie. Interesting tidbit: Patterson was the first writer in the world to sell one million ebooks.”

" This was not one of my favorites of James Patterson. Characters were fine, but lacked the solidness that is usually there. The "mystery" was thrown out too suddenly and hence ruined the ending for me. "

" The Patterson twists saved this novel for me. I was annoyed at the art student who decided to keep the diamonds that he found in the open locker with the dead body in front of it. Had he just turned them in, life would have been so much simpler for him. Just about the time I was ready to give up on the story (C'mon, dude, you brought it on yourself by not being honest), Patterson hit me with one of the major twists in the novel. True to the Patterson formula, this is a fast paced action novel with the protagonist going up against the Russian mafia as well as several assorted professional killers. I would read a sequel. "
