" Okay, I realize why I haven't been impressed with Tess Gerritsen's books lately. I had been reading some of her old novels that had been re-released. This one, written in 1996, is one of these. If you're a fan of Harlequin romances, you might enjoy this one, but I personally prefer her more recent medical thrillers. I'll start looking for one of her newer publications. "

" I really struggled with this book. I am a fan of Miss Gerritsen and found this book quite hard to devour in comparison to her other novels. This was a slow burner, predictable and not attention grabbing. Perhaps I just enjoy her maura Isles series too much. "

" I usually like Tess Gerritson for a scary mystery, but this was more romance than mystery. light, quick read. "

" Keeper of the Bride by Tess Gerritsen. - Your day starts by being jilted at the altar. It's about to get a lost worse. A tale of good guy and bad guy but written in such a way that it holds your attention. "

" A suspenseful romance about a jilted bride and the detective who saves her from a homicidal bomber. Why she is targeted is the crux of the suspense, but along the way romance happens between the pair. Not as suspenseful as her medical thrillers, still an enjoyable read "

" I love Tess Gerristen's Rizzoli and Isles series and thought I would give this one a try. I listened to it in the car. It was your typical romantic suspense book with the usual plot twists. "

" I read this one as a free audio book. It was ok. There were a few interesting plot twists. However, there were also many parts that just fell short and it lost my interest quickly. I did listen to it all, but felt like the book was just blah. "

" This is early Tess Gerritsen. Pretty good mystery/romance; didn't know she'd written these kinds of books to begin her writing career. Her police/investigation writing is very good -- not too keen on the romance stuff. "
