More than 125 plant-based recipes and a practical approach to making deeply flavorful food for feeling your best physically and spiritually, from the most beloved and joyful vegan home cook, Radhi Devlukia-Shetty.

“What you eat—along with your daily habits and the thoughts you think—has the ability to completely transform every aspect of your health,” writes Radhi Shetty in Joyfull, her much awaited debut cookbook.

Joyfull is stunning with more than 125 plant-based recipes for every meal of the day. Touching on the foundations of Ayurveda, Joyfull leads you on a path that connects the very act of cooking to set our health, mood, and vibe. When you cook consciously, Radhi explains, we connect to our food, and engage more deeply with all aspects of our well-being. And so alongside the recipes, Radhi shares the daily beauty rituals that her fans adore, breath exercises, meditations, and exercises to invigorate the senses—and you.
