Anyway what I remember most is that at the time I had experienced a relationship like the one depicted in the book. And what I remember is how accurate the portrayal was. How real the struggle was in the book. But what makes it real is what made it horrible for me. I felt the pain I felt the love and betrayal of lover and self. Caletti hits the nail on the head and that's why I couldn't stop reading because I was hoping that soon, Ruby's struggles would end. "
