"I have read three Travis Thrasher books so far, and all of them ask some of the same "What if" questions that I have had at times, especially this book and Isolation. I love the twisty turns his stories take you on and this one certainly had kiss your butt turns. I am always anxious to see why the things are happening to the characters--is he insane? Is he dead? I know he isn't dreaming. I look forward to reading more of Travis Thrasher's past books. Right now however, I am taking a break to keep my own sanity intact!"

“Thrasher’s creepy tale will keep readers up late into the night...Not a book for the easily spooked, it’s great for those who enjoy a good ghost story with a subtle spiritual message.”
— RT Book Reviews“For those who enjoy a thriller, this one tops the list.”
— Examiner.com“Ghostwriter twists like a corkscrew. It’s a page-turner—and I didn’t see the ending coming.”
— Meg Gardiner, author of The Dirty Secrets Club“Travis Thrasher is truly one of my favorite authors. Here he creates a new twist on the classic ghost story, blending elements of the supernatural together with real-life horror. Ghostwriter is a moving story about love, loss, and the creative forces that drive people to madness.”
— Sigmund Brouwer, author of Broken Angel“An emotional wallop of a book. Thrasher just keeps getting better.”
— Publishers Weekly" I read this book several months back and overall I liked it a lot! I enjoyed the characters and the suspense. Not too bad for grabbing a random book off the shelf at the local library. Now all I can hope is that Travis Thrasher has more books for me to read. "
— Sena, 2/8/2014" Author of suspense/horror novels has to deal with a fan turned fanatic and his wife's death a year earlier. Which one haunts him more? "
— Tammy, 2/5/2014" I'm just not too sure about this book...I don't get the genre of "christian horror." Those two words together don't go well with each other...in my opinion. It was a page turner though, and I just had to see how it was going to end. Definately not my favorite...not sure if I'll even try another Trasher novel. "
— Shelly, 2/4/2014" I like this book a lot. There is much more going on beneath the surface than you first realize. The story is crafted very well. There is a supernatural premise, but somehow the story is still believable. I especially enjoyed many of the references to pop culture, including horror movies and novels and the publishing world in general. There is a Christian theme throughout the book, but it is not overt in any way. The concept may not be totally original, but the way the themes are combined is actually quite unique. "
— Catherine, 1/21/2014" Great book! Toatally could not put it down! "
— Rachel, 1/2/2014" This book was interesting, although a bit strange. I was a little put off by the lack of editing, but overall I enjoyed it. It was interesting. "
— Elizabeth, 12/29/2013" Total ripoff from Stephen King's story "Secret Window, Secret Garden" "
— Bonnie, 12/21/2013" My first book by this author. Not as scary as some of the reviews have it in my opinion. Nice Christian faith type of story with a good mystery to it. "
— Stephen, 12/14/2013" I really liked how it started but I felt like it dragged on in the middle. Still an overall decent book but I think it could have been better. "
— Jane, 12/3/2013" A very different book. Interesting but disturbing as well. "
— Karen, 11/28/2013" I love a good suspenseful thriller and this one was great! "
— Michelle, 12/25/2012" The story was ok - not as suspenseful as I expected, but it was cool to read a book that takes place in my town. Quite a few references throughout the book to local establishments and landmarks. "
— Heather, 6/19/2012" The ending is too lovey for the story. "
