Everyday Yoga Classes for Beginners includes the following audiobooks: Beginners Daily Yoga, Beginners AM-PM Yoga, and Easy Yoga for Stress.
Beginners Daily Yoga consists of five gentle fifteen-minute yoga sessions devised to be used, one a day, in rotation. These sessions are ideal for those with little or no previous yoga experience. They allow you to practice yoga daily so you can experience many of the benefits of regular yoga practice without taking up too much time.
The five different sessions contain simple and effective postures that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized. Four of them feature various held postures, while the fifth session links these postures together to form a flowing sequence known as a Yoga Vinyasa. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section.
Beginners AM-PM Yoga consists of two easy-to-follow thirty-minute sessions suitable for those with little or no yoga experience. In both sessions each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow expert instruction combined with a relaxing background music track that creates the perfect mood and pace.
The morning session can be used to kick-start your day and employs a gentle Yoga Vinyasa sequence using the Child, Downward-Facing Dog, and Warrior 1 and 2 postures. These effective postures will energize your body and mind and promote the flow of energy throughout your body.
The evening session uses simple floor-based held postures including a spinal twist, lower back release, and leg stretches combined with a body-scan relaxation to provide a calming and restorative practice that will deeply relax and unwind your body and mind.
Easy Yoga for Stress is a thirty-five-minute guided session suitable for all levels. It contains a selection of easy-to-follow yoga postures and other techniques that have been specifically selected to encourage and enhance deep physical and mental relaxation, including ones that will help disperse physical stress by rhythmically moving body and bringing mobility to areas in the body where stress is commonly stored. The session will clear and calm the mind while developing and encouraging a smooth steady flow of breath to help naturally reduce and counteract the effects of stress on your body and mind, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.
