" was very long and lost interest after the first few chapters "

" this book is definitely not a thriller minute by minute, however very enjoyable and does keep you wondering what will come of Dracula. At first I found it upsetting to find the story was based on letters or journals of those involved in meeting Dracula. which I thought would leave out passion and a full understanding of what was going on. But no, I was wrong. Yes I would like to read Dracula's events unfold too and not just the humans letters but when the story turned to the four men brave and ready to hunt down the evil Dracula because of the loss of losing Lucy who they loved so much and then bound to protect another woman they grew to love very much from Dracula. it is worth the read. "

  • 4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 John Buckley | 1/19/2014

" This was a ground breaking style for the way the book is written like journal entries. "

" I never expected an old horror story to be so amazing - especially as I'm not fond of horror stories. But this book was so ahead of its time that if I didn't know better I would have thought it was a contemporary book that just happened to be set in Victorian times. A true classic. "

" Dracula, the Impaler... well, according to a website(listverse.com) he existed and likes blood bath...Jonathan or i'd say, Stoker, made the everyone to believe that they can kill a vampire with garlic!!! but this novel is good and very interesting "

" Reading a classical novel is sometimes good. There is nothing fresh in the story because you already have known the plot, but it's usually well-written and you might not be disappointed. Yeah, it was good. "
