"I was expecting to like this book, but I wasn't expecting how much I loved it! I was worried about the love triangle thing, as that has been SO overdone these days, but my fears were allayed by the writing and characterizations. My only disappointment is that the next book in the series isn't out yet..."

" I'd give this two and half stars if I could, because while I did eventually enjoy it, none of it was particularly captivating. I found the story to be kind of been-there, done-that in the world of YA fiction and it didn't really offer much creativity. The beginning was pretty slow and I almost put it down, but it did pick up in the second half. I saw all the "twists" coming a million miles away which was kind of disappointing, and I might read the next one, but I wouldn't go out of my way to. The most bizarre thing was the "world" they were living in. It was like the author was trying to create a fantasy world, but the way she built it was baffling and weird. So yah, two stars. The end. "
