" Generally, this is a good book for the service professional, which I am. I'm still in the early stages of the book and am taking it slowly to do the exercises as I go. But they have been clarifying for me who my ideal client is and how best to serve them. From that perspective, Port's ideas are fairly unique. I look forward to finishing the book. "
