Calla has always welcomed war. But now that the final battle is upon her, there’s more at stake than fighting. There’s saving Ren, even if it incurs Shay’s wrath. There’s keeping Ansel safe, even if he’s been branded a traitor. There’s proving herself as the pack’s alpha, facing unnamable horrors, and ridding the world of the Keepers’ magic once and for all. And then there’s deciding what to do when the war ends. If Calla makes it out alive, that is. In the final installment of the Nightshade trilogy, New York Times bestselling author Andrea Cremer creates a novel with twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat until its final pages. A dynamic end to a breathtaking trilogy.

"I mostly continued to read this book because of Ren. I loved his character, and I desperately wanted him to end with calls. Deep down I know that he wasnt, that the author was going root find some way that Ren and Calla wont end up together and it wouldbt seen so bad, and she found a way but it Brooke my heart :(. The whole series was really good it always had me on the edge and it was unexpected. I loved this book so much but I hated the fact the when Ren died, calla got over him so fast. She cried a little but then he was completely forgotten and I thought that was just sad. I never really liked shay and i still don't really. Anyways that book was really good I would recommend the whole series. :) Enjoy!!"

— Anushra, 2/4/2014" I just got done reading this book and I had the same problem I had with the first and second book. I couldn't put it down. The only bad thing I would say about it and its not really bad(just me being picky), was that in this last book there was a LOT of stuff going on. I would get lost and have to reread a few things because I didn't know what was going on. But that could just be me reading to fast I don't really know. If anything I really didn't want it to end, in fact I was a little sad that I had just read the last book. "
— Krysta, 1/25/2014" I know a lot of ppl hated this book, but I thought it was great, could of had ended better, but it was still very good. "

— Monica&spikey, 1/16/2014" 4.5 stars. A perfect ending for the series - without being too perfect if you know what I mean. How can I describe without giving anything away? It doesn't have the sickly sweet happily ever after, but neither is it depressing. It's just right with a little twist. A fun series, quick reads. "
