"I was so looking forward to this book after the previous (excellent) 2 in series, but I found it a slight let down. I'm not sure why it is, but the wolves in this series somehow bring a more petty element.
It was still good though, and I enjoyed seeing Rick finally win Dee (you definitely need to have read the previous 2 books to appreciate the dynamic this pair have).
This is also a key relationship moving forward - the solid link between 2 antagonistic wolf packs.
Narration excellent as usual"
