A Story of God and All of Us is a sweeping narrative that dramatizes some of the most important events and most compelling characters in the Bible, making the men and women of scripture come alive in vivid detail and dialogue. All the stories are historically and theologically accurate.

Beginning with the creation of man and ending with the revelation of a new world, readers will revel in this epic saga of warriors, rebels, poets, and kings, all called upon by God to reveal his enduring love for mankind. Ultimately, God’s plan is fulfilled in the story of Jesus the Messiah, whose life, death, and resurrection brings salvation to one and all.

Other prominent biblical characters dramatized in the story include Moses, David, Daniel, and John the Baptist. The book reveals the prophetic significance of the empires that controlled Israel (Egyptians, Babylonians, Persians, and Romans) and how these figured into biblical prophecy, especially concerning the Messiah.

A Story of God and All of Us is a companion to The Bible, the epic ten-hour miniseries produced by the authors and televised around the world.

" A good companion to the TV series. It focuses on some key characters and scenes throughout scripture and really makes it come to life in a dramatic way. It would be especially great for new believers or believers who have become jaded. I really enjoyed it. "

" They took creative liberties with the stories, left details out and added things here and there that aren't accurate. I won't read it again, but I think it's a good book to introduce to a new christian or a person questioning if there is a God. "

" It was an interesting way to read the stories of the Bible. I am not someone who believes in the Bible as the word of God, but I like to at least have some knowledge regarding religious texts. I would recommend reading this if you have tried to read the Bible but struggled to get through it. "
