Elizabeth Scott is a therapist, wellness coach, author, health educator, and award-winning blogger on stress management for the New York Times-owned website About.com. She holds a BA in psychology, an MS in counseling with a specialization in family therapy, and coursework toward a PhD in health psychology. She is certified in Quality of Life Therapy and Coaching, which gives her a background education in both the basics and history of stress theory and newer fields that figure into the stress management puzzle. Elizabeth lives in Burbank, California.
