"The book has tips in it that would help anyone interested in taking up a Yoga practice. His style is called Baptiste Power VinYasa Yoga, unfortunately when practicing in a large group, a 90 degree room turns into a 105 degree room or hotter. The person practicing may find it hard to focus on the poses, because a person may only focus on the heat towards the end of class, but the book and poster, helps anyone understand Yoga in general better and this books is about one form of Yoga, it will helps anyone understand Baptiste Power VinYasa Yoga and it is just worth reading."

" I'm about halfway in-- I've learned so much more about yoga through this book. If you aren't interested in the spiritual mental or aspects of yoga (and why wouldn't you be?), read it for the descriptions of the asanas alone. SO helpful. "

" The seriously cheesy cover doesn't do the book justice. I hate the cover but loved the book. He has a great perspective of what it is to be a yogi in American. Rather than trying to change the American, he seeks to facilitate a deepening understanding of what yoga is to an western mind. Good stuff. "
