" This novel is set in a post WWIII future "United America". It's like a good hybrid of the A-Team and Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt set in the future. "

" I read this as a young teenager at the end of the Cold War. It was interesting and I loved the fact that there was a place that played football 24/7. This was the ultimate guy fantasy book and I moved onto different authors in the dis-utopian future genre. "

" I read a bunch of this series (at least 5 of them) in middle school, as a natural continuation from watching Top Gun and Iron Eagle. I loved them then, now, I'm pretty sure I'd be disappointed. "
