" I like Mike Resnick's style, and I also like the narrator (Tom Weiner), and they both do a good job here... But, this story contains some very dark themes making this disturbing, and not in a good way. In the story, an assassin is hired by the human galactic government to kill an evil man who is on a planet where Satan worship of various types is the norm. The assassin, himself has no regard for life or suffering, just fulfilling his contract. The themes progress from disturbing to truly disgusting and at the end, some very sadistic themes are addressed. If you like Mr Resnick's style and you can get past the themes, this is an interesting tale. "
