    " Don't trust an author who doesn't read his own work...waste of time and money. Clearly a regurgitating money seeking author who takes other people's work and repeats it. Very annoying narrator who half suppressed forced laughter at inappropriate times. The first hour is a bombardment of un solicted platitudes from a guy that has an opinion on everything but the subject without qualifications to match or discussions on the science...because he can't, he is only a marathon runner. This is a bastardised drawn out message that many other qualified people have already presented on intermittent fasting. This book delivers nothing new. Good for oblivious people who have no idea whatelsoever about why they are overweight... at best. Watch some free you tube videos on intermittent fasting. You'll save time and money. "

    " I can't get past the forced half suppressed laughter at inappropriate times in the narration that starts to make it so annoying, I can't go on. Why did the author wimp out and not read it himself anyways? Does he not believe it enough to read his own work? "
