" Rabbit Tales audiobooks are like none others. This was a little too sedate for my four-year-old. The musician sounded like a lullaby. I don't know why my son prefers exciting stories at bedtime, but he does. He couldn't fall into this as easily as he has every other Rabbit Tales CD. "

" Notable Author/Illustrator. The story in this book is cute, but the language may be hard for children to understand.I think kids would probably enjoy another one of Beatrix Potter's tales better. "

" This book reminds me of The Elves and The Shoemaker. Surprisingly, this is the one story by Beatrix Potter that I enjoy less. Probably that's due to the less-lovely drawings, or maybe because I simply like The Elves and The Shoemaker more. "

" We don't usually think of mice coming to our rescue, but they certainly did in the case of the tailor. This is another one of Potter's stories that makes me smile once I'm finished reading it. Those little mice definitely came in handy! "

" This is my favourite Beatrix Potter tale so far. Such a feel-good story! The drawings are less lovely than some of the others, perhaps because there are fewer cutesy animals, but the writing itself is very good! "
