    " I adore Lynne Rosetto Kasper's The Splendid Table podcast, and enjoyed this book in much the same way - less as a cookbook of recipes in the traditional style, and more as a source of inspiration and knowledge about food, seasonings, herbs, etc. An excellent read! "
