"I truly enjoyed this book, but didn't want it to end! Because William Marshal, 1st Earl of Pembroke is my ancestor I knew when he died. At the beginning of each chapter I didn't want to see the date, as they kept creeping closer to his death, which is, of course, the end of the book. This is a wonderful historical with enough history, romance, and battle to keep everyone happy."
