There are two very different groups of Quinkins living in Cape York and they don't get along. The Imjim Quinkins like to steal children from the Aborigines and take them to their deep, dark caves. The Timara Quinkins spend their time trying to save the children and return them safely to their families. This tale from the Dreamtime tells of the attempt by the Imjim to lure Moonbi and Leealin from their family by imitating their father's voice. A Timara, who has been watching, calls on all his friends to help.
