" Really enjoy the teachings of Tolle. He can be a little all over the place but you need to pick out what works for you. The whole idea of presence in the Now is the most useful spiritual guide I have found in some time. There are no rules to follow; it's all about controlling your mind to not take you down the wrong path. It's very focused on your present life and takes away past concerns and future worries. "

" Not an easy read. Very spiritual. I love the concept but its work to conceptualize. I highly recommend it for people in pain or anyone who wants to stop yelling at themselves in their own heads. I keep going back to it for more, if you like meditation or yoga I'd be surprised if you hadn't already read this. "
