Dan Miller's life appears to be on the right track. Living the life of a successful young stockbroker in New York City, Dan's biggest concern seems to be which color Corvette to buy. Everything is going his way, and he is unstoppable. He has a plan for his life, but God has something else in mind.

The journey of Dan Miller from the year 2020 to another time, 150 years earlier, may just be a dream. Or is it? The examples of love and generosity, of giving more than receiving, become realities to Dan as he is living a materialistic life. These newfound lessons develop his core beliefs as he sees our nation on a spiraling path to inevitable failure. Through faith and trust, Dan is living The Plan. His realization of the existence of a plan for his life is an example to all readers. God has set a plan in motion for each of His children. Embark on Dan's journey to self-discovery and finding Christ.

" Not well written (needs some organizational rewrites), but definitely on board with the concept. Find it very interesting...how systems work with inflammation and so many things tie in together. I'm finishing my 5th day and seeing results physically, mentally and emotionally already. "

" If been told I have symptoms. Of inflammation but never knew what to do about it. I am excited to use her 20 day plan to figure out my unique body chemistry. Just starting...so I'll update my review when done with results! "

" Amazing book on how to work WITH your body to lose weight!! "

" Book was okay, interesting thought that your body is reactive to certain foods, including fruit veggies, meats, that kind of thing, and that everyone's body has a different reactivity to these foods. Recipes are good. Overall, worth taking a look at. "

" Finally a book that is not one size fits all for nutrition. Go to the website for additional downloads and a quick and easy way if making food for the first three days which will be used throughout the 21day program. Freeze the extras in individual portions to limit the time in the kitchen. Awesome! "

" Really like this book and am working on using it. That said, it requires a lot of planning, prep, and cooking. I work from home, so I can do this; if my office were a regular one in the outside world it would be considerably more difficult. "

" I think her ideas are right on track in regards to our health and food intake - it pretty much is about eating healthy when it comes down to it. "

" The book provides valuable information about how to live and treat yourself better. The recipes are good and I lost weight using her method. The book was well written and easy to read. "

" OK...but mostly recipes. Why oh why do they spend so many pages trying to convince you and so few pages explaining the actual idea or method. I'd recommend this book only to some one who doens't know much about how to avoid the big fancy, spend a lot of $$$ on TV advertisement diets. "

" Interesting but leaves many questions "
