    " Not well written (needs some organizational rewrites), but definitely on board with the concept. Find it very interesting...how systems work with inflammation and so many things tie in together. I'm finishing my 5th day and seeing results physically, mentally and emotionally already. "

    " OK...but mostly recipes. Why oh why do they spend so many pages trying to convince you and so few pages explaining the actual idea or method. I'd recommend this book only to some one who doens't know much about how to avoid the big fancy, spend a lot of $$$ on TV advertisement diets. "
