"I just listened to the sample of the Pik and Pok stories and we will be obtaining a copy for our library. It's a lot of fun!If you are looking for a magical and heart warming story for younger children; then you may want to introduce to them to the cheeky little worms known as Mr Pik and Mr Pok. We start our stories at the home of Mrs Bakewell, the postmistress for the village of Lower Snodley. Mrs Bakewell lives in Arcardia Cottage and it is here, at the bottom of her long garden, not far from the trees and just to the side of the compost heap that you will find a little box.Now, this may look like a simple box to you and I, but if you take a closer look then you will find that it is the home to our two newest, not to mention most wriggliest of pals; Mr Pik and Mr Pok.
