"The book "The Other Side of Dark" was actually one of my most favorite books I have read so far. It's very in depth and keeps you wanting to read more. The author Joan Lowery Nixon does an excellent job of forshadowing, which is what makes you want to keep reading. The book is about a girl that had been in a coma for a few years and she had woken up to a totally different world. She had woken up seventeen and not knowing anything about the new technology and coming to understand that she was no longer a pre-teen. As she starts to come to get back into the groove of things, she starts to try and find her mothers murderer. With all the twists, her falling in love and the shocking discoveries, you'll be reading the book with bursting emotions during the book. I highly recommend this book for people who like mysteries and romantic stories, because it has a lot of both in the book."
