"Read this with my son - We both really enjoyed this story about the life of a gentle and noble young boy who is forced to grow up much too quickly since his father is taken from him at a young age. He proves himself to be a ready leader. "

" We've now read The Little Duke twice through, and incredibly it was even BETTER the second time. This is one of the most inspiring narrative biographies I've ever read. "
